
SENIOR STUDENTS PERSPECTIVE
We are pleased to be able to provide classes in a range of age groups, and hence had to share one of our Senior Students
It is important for our students to feel confident and proud in their appearance and to come to class prepared to work hard.
As such, correct uniform is a necessary requirement. Branded T-Shirts, crop tops, leggings, tracksuit bottoms and jumpers can be bought directly from AXZNT (See our SHOP page for a direct link) clothing.
We strongly encourage students to come to class in this branded clothing; however, any other warm-up/ cover up layers including leg warmers worn during the start of class should be in keeping with the school colours of burgundy, grey and black. Anything else will not be permitted.
Baby Ballet – Primary: Pink skirted leotard, pink, bronze or brown ballet tights or socks to compliment the dancer’s skin tone, pink, bronze or brown ballet shoes to compliment the dancer’s skin tone. Pale pink ballet crossover cardigans are permitted.
Grade 1 – Grade 4: Burgundy leotard, pink, bronze or brown ballet tights & shoes to compliment the dancer’s skin tone. Burgundy or black cross over cardigan permitted.
Grade 5: Advanced 1: Black leotard, pink, bronze or brown ballet tights and shoes to compliment the dancer’s skin tone, pink pointe shoes. Black or burgundy cross over cardigan permitted.
Boys: White T-shirt (plain or Maggie’s brand) black shorts, white socks and black ballet shoes.
Prep – Primary: Pink skirted leotard, pink, bronze or brown ballet tights or socks to compliment the dancer’s skin tone, black tap shoes.
Pale pink ballet crossover cardigans are permitted.
Grade 1 – Grade 4: Burgundy leotard, black leggings, black tap shoes. Black or burgundy cross over cardigan permitted
Grade 5 – Intermediate: Black leotard, black leggings, black tap shoes. Black or burgundy cross over cardigan permitted

Burgundy leotard, black leggings, black jazz shoes. Black or burgundy cross over cardigan permitted.
Maggie Monk Branded T Shirt, black shorts and black footless tights for contemporary dancing.
Maggie Monk T Shirt, black tracksuit bottoms or leggings (plain or Maggie’s brand) with trainers of any colour.
Maggie’s branded T-Shirt and leggings (plain black or Maggie’s brand) for musical drama & theatre.
Black or burgundy leotard or black Maggie’s branded crop top, black leggings (plain/Maggie’s brand) or shorts.
Burgundy or black leotard, black tights and split sole modern shoes. Character shoes with a small heel required for Grades 4
Maggie’s branded T-Shirt and black shorts. Black tap shoes and trainers (any colour).
Dance Troupe branded Maggie’s T-Shirt and Hoodie, black leggings or tracksuit bottoms (plain or Maggie’s brand).
Maggie Monk Branded T Shirt, black shorts and black footless tights for contemporary dancing.
Our Toddler classes now have their own Branded “Move with Me! T Shirts which can be purchased from the Axznt website.
Hair styling tips for all types of classes available
Hair for ballet and contemporary should be in a bun. Hair for Acro must be in either a low bun or French plaits. Hair for any other lessons should be neat and off the face. School colour hair bands/ bows are permitted to keep hair off of dancers’ faces.
